Swan Street Studios is the trading name of Zachary Holt, an independent games developer based in Manchester, UK. We're responsible for any personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@swanstreetstudios.com.
What we collect
When you visit
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you: we see totals such as page views, which pages were visited and which sites sent visitors here.
When you request a key or email us
If you use the key request form, we receive what you enter: your email address, channel link, platform, group size, when you'd like to play, and anything else you choose to add. The form delivers requests to a private Discord channel that only we can see. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
We use these details only to reply and, where we can, send you a key. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else. We delete key requests within 12 months.
Cookies
This site doesn't set any cookies.
Other services
The trailer is hosted on YouTube and uses its privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Links to Steam carry tags that tell Valve which part of this site a visit came from. We only see totals, such as how many wishlists came from the site. Steam's own privacy policy applies once you're there.
Why we're allowed to use it
Under UK data protection law, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure website, understanding how many people it reaches, and replying to people who contact us.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@swanstreetstudios.com and we'll respond within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
